GEOFF RICHARDS has stuck with a winning team for England Women's biggest game in two years on Saturday - the Churchill Cup final.
The coach has named the same starting line-up and bench against the World Champions, the Black Ferns, at Edmonton's Commonwealth Stadium.
"I was pleased with how the team played against Canada (39-11) - they performed well and I can see no reason to change things," said Richards.
Claire Frost, who lifted the trophy as playing captain last year, was not considered because of a hamstring problem and Richards added: "It's a long-term injury that has flared up but better for her to break down in training than on Saturday."
It means Clifton flanker Shannon Baker, hat-trick scorer on her debut against Canada, plays in the biggest game of her life.
"At the moment I'm not nervous but I know I will be," said Baker who played rugby league for New Zealand Maori. "People ask me what it's going to be like when they play the anthems but I don't know because I have never been in that position before.
"But it's just another team for me. I didn't play rugby union at home and I only know a couple of the Black Ferns because they are at Clifton. I have been playing in England and supporting them ever since I arrived in 1999."
England last played the Black Ferns in the 2002 World Cup final in Barcelona when they lost 19-9 and captain Maxine Edwards said: "We didn't play the type of game we wanted to that day. The last World Cup was two years ago and we have played a lot of rugby since then. They are the World Champions and we have to mark our progress against them."
