Senior club information for 2004/05 season.

 
 
 The RFUW require all women & girl’s team’s to register before each season.  In addition senior players playing in a league must be registered before they can play. You will find links below to all the information you need to affiliate, register and play through out the season.

How do I affiliate my team?

To find out how to affiliate your team, please go to Senior invitation Letter which will inform you as to the types of affiliation, the forms to use and costs, it may also be useful to look at senior affiliation process 

All new teams must complete Form 5 obtaining signatures from two local sponsoring clubs’ that are currently affiliated to the RFUW. The signature of your Regional Administrator is also required and it is advisable you contact them, as they can offer you advice and contacts. The completed form should then be submitted to the RFUW committee for approval, once approved you will need to complete the team affiliation form.

Form 1 to be completed by 1st/2nd team.

Form 2 to be completed by 3rd/4th team. 

What about insurance?

All teams have to be insured with Marsh, the information is sent to all men’s club contacts by Marsh and RFUW stand alone teams. If your team is connected to a men’s club then please make sure you contact the men’s insurance representative to ensure no duplication. The information can be viewed by following insurance or you can contact them directly:

Do players have to be registered? If so how?

If your team plays league rugby your players must be registered and paid for, please go to senior player registration to find out how.

Listed below are links to forms that you will need throughout the season.

League fixtures

If you play in a league you will find the fixtures located under Fixtures & Laws of our download section.  And once the season has started these can be viewed along with up to date tables at Fixtures page of rfu.com.

Calendar

Go to calendar 0405 to view dates of league, England fixtures, and all other key dates. 

Results

League, Cup/Shield Competitions and England results can all be viewed at the Results page of rfu.com. 

Match report Form

Match report Form 6 should be completed by all league playing teams, and those senior teams which wish to play league rugby the following season as per league acceptance guidelines for 2004/05 season.

Transferring players

All in season transfers of senior league playing players must complete Form 7

If you intend to play rugby in another union you will need to complete Form 8 before you play. 

Change of details

Remember it is your responsibility to inform the RFUW of any change to your Club’s officials as early as possible.  This will allow the RFUW to have an up to date mailing list which will ensure that your club receives all important information that is sent to you. In order to facilitate this please complete Form 9 and send it to the address on the form.

Player match offences

For Yellow card reports please use Form 10 

For Red card reports please use Form 11 

Tours

Going on tour outside of England & the home nations complete Form 12 at least three months before.

Receiving a tour from outside England & home nations complete Form 13 at least three months before

Registering of players aged 17 

If you intend to register players aged 17 to a senior team, Form 14 must be completed in accordance with the processes set out in the senior player registration information and recommendations made in youth age band structure please note that your club must have a welfare officer in place.
