The U17 cup competition is open to all U17 RFUW affiliated teams, once you have read the rules, regulations and format below please complete the U17 Cup Registration Form
Rules and Regulations
All U17 affiliated club sides will be invited to participate in this competition. A £65 entrance fee must be paid and £25 will be returned as a deposit.
ROUND 1 – 10th April 2005
NORTH – (this includes all the clubs in the Midlands and the North)
SOUTH – (this includes all the clubs in the South East and South West)
Maximum 16 sides per tournament, entrance on a first come first served basis
Maximum Squad size 25
NORTH -
4 Pools (A, B,C,D) of 4 teams – The draw for the pools will be done at random
Matches will be 20 minutes each way and played to U17 RFUW Rules
Top teams from each pool go through to the main competition (possibility of a shield competition for 2nd place teams)
SOUTH – As per the North
ROUND 2 – 1st May 2005
NORTH - 4 teams - round robin play each other at 1 venue 20 minutes matches
The winning side from the pool goes through to challenge the winner of the south
SOUTH – As per the North
FINAL – 22nd May 2005
