Peter is a player who can make things happen out of nothing and turn a game in an instant with a piece of his own personal creativity. He’s also a very versatile player as he’s demonstrated last season having played in three positions, scrum half, his preferred role, fly half and centre for his club London Wasps. His rugby career began with Jonny Wilkinson playing mini rugby at Farnham rugby club before they both went to Lord Wandsworth College, Hampshire, and worked their way through the age groups as the schools half-back combination. Peter went on to play for London Irish and NEC Harlequins before moving to Italy for a year and playing for Benetton Treviso. He returned to this country to join Bristol Shoguns but moved to Wasps at the start of the 2003/04 season when Shoguns were relegated from the Zurich Premiership.
