7th March 2005 After two opening wins against The Army and a Scotland Development XV, England Students face Wales Students this Sunday 13th March at Warwick University. Head Coach, Mark Tomlinson has made nine changes to his unbeaten squad, two of which are positional.
“With such a strong group of players to chose from we have been able to select a very different team, but one that is no weaker than the 22 put out against Scotland three weeks ago. This means every player gets the chance to show what they are capable of, as well as learning from playing at a higher level than they are normally use to. Whilst we all bitterly want to win, the Students squad is also about player development and providing those players with the framework from which they can go on to achieve greater things in women’s rugby.”
The game being played at Warwick University will kick off at 2.30pm.
