The England Women’s squad to compete in next month’s Under 20s Nations Cup has today been announced.
England Women will compete in their first sevens tournament since reaching the quarter finals of the IRB Rugby World Cup earlier this year at the European 7s in Hanover, Germany next month.
England Women’s Captain Catherine Spencer is heading to Africa this month to coach rugby to underprivileged children in Uganda.
