Jason Robinson will have an arthroscopy on his right knee next Tuesday (June 12) to clear out minor debris resulting from the injury sustained in the first test against South Africa in Bloemfontein on May 26.
It is anticipated that he will be available for selection for the Investec Challenge games against Wales (August 4, Twickenham) and France (August 11, Twickenham). England also play France in Marseille on August 18.
