"We hope we can reward them and rugby fans throughout the area who come to watch us with an entertaining game played in the style England Students aspire to as well as the right result."
Henley President Noel Armstead said: "We are delighted to host another international match at Dry Leas. Starting with the Under 21 World Cup in 2003, when we staged 10 international matches, games at all levels have been played at Henley on an annual basis and earlier this year we hosted the Barclays Churchill Cup match between Scotland A and the US Eagles.
"Being close to a number of universities, including those in Oxford, Reading and London, we expect to attract a large crowd not to mention the support that will come for the visitors from London Irish. We are proud of our facilities at Henley and pleased to share them with the rugby community at large."
The structure of representative rugby for students has changed this season. Previously the RFU ran England Students and England Universities sides but these teams have now merged.
The result is an expanded programme and England Students will play four games this season – two more than they did in 2006/07.
They take on France and Scotland away from home before travelling to Henley and complete their season against the Combined Services Under-21s at Twickenham.
Head coach Hill will be assisted this season by coaches Pat Jerram, Paul Westgate and Phil Harvey.
