Leicester Tigers captain Martin Johnson has been summoned to appear before a Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel at the Coventry M6 Holiday Inn Hotel on Monday April 25 (7pm approx.).

The former England captain has been asked to appear after accumulating three yellow cards for foul play this season.

The cards were issued for two offences of striking an opponent in the Zurich Premiership matches against Northampton Saints at Welford Road on September 25 and at Franklin’s Gardens February 26 and for fighting in the game at Saracens on April 17.
