Danny Care has already won a Commonwealth Sevens silver medal in Melbourne in 2006 as a member of the England Sevens squad. He played in the IRB World Sevens Series legs in Wellington and Los Angeles, helped England Under 19s to third place finish - their best ever - in the IRB World Championship in Dubai in April 2006.  Later that year he was called up to the next level, playing for England in the IRB U21 World Championship in France in June 2006, where the team finished fifth.

Danny led England U20s in all five of the 2007 U21 Six Nations games to secure third place.

His first rugby success was with Prince Henry’s Grammar School, Otley when they were Year 8 Yorkshire Cup winners and after his rugby career he would love to be a fireman. Previously with Otley RFC and Leeds Tykes, he also played football for Sheffield Wednesday Academy for three years.

He likes playing football and going to the cinema in his spare time, his favorite actor is Owen Wilson who he thinks looks just like his ex housemate and fellow Harlequins player David Strettle.

2006 Commonwealth Games) England Sevens (2006/07 Sevens Series – HK, Adelaide, Lon, Edi), England Sevens (2008 Sevens Series - Well)
