The Powergen Cup semi-finals will be played as follows:

Sunday 6th March 2005

12.15pm, Headingley: Leeds Tykes v London Irish

2.15pm, Kingsholm: Gloucester v Bath Rugby

Both games will be shown live on BBC 2 Sunday Grandstand.

Terry Burwell, Rugby Football Union Community Rugby and Operations Director, added: “We have been actively working with the International Rugby Board and broadcasters to facilitate the Tsunami relief match at Twickenham on March 5th. 

“Now that game has been confirmed, we are in a position to announce the Powergen Cup semi-finals for the following day. This now gives the rugby fan chance to support the Tsunami match as well as watch the Powergen Cup semi-finals the following day. I am sure that everyone is looking forward to a great weekend of rugby.”
