8 November 2005 Top of the GUINNESS PREMIERSHIP Sale Sharks were delighted that Sebastian Chabal was amongst the returnees from the International fold back into training today.
Seabass, who along with Welsh International Mark Taylor, has returned from International duty for the game on Friday against this season surprise package Worcester Warriors. Worcester, who added to their reputation on Friday with a home win against previously unbeaten Leicesterwill be looking to erase memories of last seasons 57 - 3 defeat at Edgeley Park.
Chabal, who played for France in their victory over Australia, and Taylor, who started for Wales against the All Blacks both looked on good form. In their absence, Sharks added to their good early season form with a professional win over Leeds Tykes, and will be looking to do the same this week to cement the position at the top of the league.
Also looking fit and ready for a home debut was Epi Taione, who came through an impressive debut at Headingley on Saturday. Everyone who watched the game live and on TV will be excited to see the big man making his home debut, and how he will add to Sale Sharks much vaunted back line. If the try he created on Saturday for Valentin Courrent is an example, then Phillipe has unearthed another top signing.
Phillippe Saint Andre will be naming his team for this crunch fixture later this week
