Following the results of today's final round of matches, Premier Rugby can confirm the format of the Guinness Premiership semi final.

Both matches will take place on Saturday 5th May and both will be live on SKY Sports.

Gloucester Rugby will play Saracens at 1pm at Kingsholm.

Leicester Tigers will play Bristol Rugby at 5.30pm at Welford Road.
