It's England against the Springboks on Day One

The schedule for the Emirates Airline London Sevens has been announced and there are some cracking matches on offer over the two day party weekend at Twickenham (26th & 27th May).

There will be 44 matches over the two days with 16 nations in action and it all starts with a physical encounter between Fiji (currently sitting top in the IRB Sevens table) and fiery Argentina.

The matches - which last just seven minutes each half - then continue non stop during the day - only punctuated by music, entertainment and prizes around the stadium bowl.
