Tough draw for England in Hong Kong Sevens
England have been drawn in Pool B against defending champions Samoa as they bid for a fifth Cathay Pacific/Credit Suisse Hong Kong Sevens title.
Ben Ryan's team will also face Canada and Sri Lanka in the Pool stages. This will be England's fourth encounter with the Canadians this season having drawn 24-24 against them in Dubai and won matches in George and Wellington.
England have a fantastic record in Hong Kong, recording four victories since their maiden triumph in 2002. England currently sit seventh in the overall tournament standings with 18 points so a win in Hong Kong will be a welcome boost at the half way point of the series.
The Cathay Pacific/Credit Suisse Hong Kong Sevens take place over three days on the 28, 29 & 30 March.
