England to face defending champions Fiji
England will face defending champions Fiji at the forthcoming IRB Adelaide Sevens along with France and Kenya.
England are drawn in Pool D which is set to be the toughest of the Adelaide leg with England facing series rivals Fiji and Kenya. Ben Ryan's squad recorded a win against France in Wellington this season but have so far been unsuccessful against the Kenyans and Fijians so will be vying for a win.
New Zealand are currently at the top in the series standings having won all four opening Cup titles of the season and hold a 32-point lead over second place South Africa. However, with the Hong Kong tournament offering extra points to the winners the weekend before the Adelaide showpiece, the Series could well arrive in Australia with competitiveness restored.
The IRB Adelaide Sevens is the sixth leg of the tournament and takes place on the 5 & 6 April 2008 a week after the Hong Kong leg which takes place on the 28, 29 & 30 March 2008.
