Penzance & Newlyn 50 (Tries: K James 2, Davies, Jarvis, Pellow, Paver, Makin, Bearman. Cons: Jarvis 5.)

Orrell 14 (Tries: Viney, Briers. Cons: Moore 2.)

Penzance & Newlyn were convincing winners over Orrell and with the four try bonus point moved above Otley into fourth spot in the National League table.  They had secured the bonus point by half time with four tries after Orrell had taken the lead in the 8th minute through wing Oliver Viney and a James Moore conversion. They had built up a 24-7 lead at half time and scored four more tries in the second half to go 50-7 ahead before Orrell scored the final try. Five of the home tries came from the backs and three from the forwards including efforts form the front row pair of Alan Paver and Nick Makin.

If the Pirates can win at Henley in the final game of the season and pick up a bonus point to maintain fourth spot it will be a fantastic achievement.
