Check out our weekly previews and predictions of the National Leagues.
Blackheath v Old Colfeians
This should be a routine win for top of the table Blackheath against a struggling Old Colfeians side that are second bottom of the table with just the one win to their name so far this season.
Blackheath are going for a fifth straight league victory against a side that is looking to avoid a fifth straight league defeat.
Blackheath are the joint top scores in the division along with Barking and have the second best defensive record so are a good all round side with strong ambitions for promotion as they try and climb back up the league ladder after their fall from grace.
Team news:
Blackheath: Two changes from last week. Prop Josh Taylor returns after being unavailable due to business commitments. Simon Legg last weeks debutant drops to the bench. Winger Tim Bransdon, Current top try scorer returns in place of Chris Trace.
Prediction: Home win by 20 points plus.

Haywards Heath v Southend
These two promoted sides meet at Haywards Heath with the home side 9th and Southend 10th as both have made reasonable starts to the season in National League rugby with four wins each.
Southend have slipped a little of late and have lost their last three league games going into this match. Haywards Heath on the other hand have won three of their last four to climb the table and will be confident of victory with home advantage.
Team news:
HH: Griffin: Phillips, Fleming, Rolandi, Charnley, Mackie, Meredith: Shadbolt, Denslow, Cassidy, Salisbury, Du Gruchy, Lyall, Wattam, Rankin. Reps: Jenkins, Ross, Vander, Graham.
Prediction: Tough call this one but go with narrow home win by less than seven points.

North Walsham v Dings Crusaders
North Walsham will be keen to return to winning ways after last weeks loss at Launceston and with home advantage should run out comfortable winners.
North Walsham were top prior to last Saturdays loss and will be looking to put pressure on Blackheath by scoring an impressive home victory this Saturday.
Dings are currently in 12th place in the table with two wins and a draw from their 10 matches this season. After back to back wins not so long ago, including an excellent win at Tabard, they have suffered successive losses and could well suffer a third at Scottow.
Team news: Dings:
Tighthead prop Jason Cotton and blindside flanker both return to the staring line-up after lengthy injuries but lock Mike Welling drops out with a back problem so youngster Dave Bufton gets another chance to impress.
Skipper and hooker Paul Fincken is still in trouble with a shoulder injury so veteran Steve Lloyd continues to deputise while Nick Seward, who moves from full back to centre as Ian Johnson will be out until the New Year with a shoulder injury, again leads the side. Dean Weaver replaces Seward at full back but fly-half Chris Poole is unavailable to travel so 18 year old Dan Quartley who comes in for his first team debut after impressive displays in the 2ndXV.
Dings Crusaders (away v North Walsham, 2.30 pm): D Weaver; C Jenkins, M Davies, Nick Seward (capt), S Edwards; D Quartley, J Westlake; T Sealey, S Lloyd, J Cotton, M Jefferies, D Bufton, S Williams, I Lane, V Murrell. Reps: C Flanagan, J Winter, J Luck, D Lloyd

Old Patesians v Launceston
Launceston will be confident agfer an excellent home win last Saturday over North Walsham and know this is a must win game if they are to stay in the hunt for a top two spot.
Old Pats have climbed off the bottom of the table with back to back wins in the last two weeks and will hope to catch Launceston on a off day and make it three in a row.
A win could see them move into the top ten with the two sides above them playing each other.
Team news:
Old Patesians make two changes with Greg Herdman replacing Ben Spry on the wing and Bruce Fenley returning at scrum half in place of Darron Moore.
Old Patesians (home v Launceston, 2.30pm): S Pollok; R Nunn, D Field, B Parker, G Herdman; J Steckbeck, B Fenley; J King, S Farley, P Mitchell, J Stickland (capt), B Wilsdon, S Miller, D Parry, J Pettigrew. Reps: O Smith, S Wiltshire, G Potter, R Nock.
Prediction: Away win despite Old Pats improved recent form by 10 points.

Redruth v Basingstoke
Home win would seem on the cards here with 6th placed Redruth entertaining bottom of the table Basingstoke.
Redruth were beaten last weekend at Westcombe Park coming off the back of successive wins and will be keen with home advantage to get return to winning ways.
Redruth seem to have recovered after a couple of dodgy results and are back on track now and they will see this as an opportunity to improve their points difference.
Basingstoke need a change of fortune but this is probably no the game for that to happen.
Team news:
Prediction: Home win by 20 points.

Westcombe Park v Barking
After last weeks home loss to Tabard Barking need to return to winning ways this week otherwise they could find them four points behind the top two. Two successive defeats is bad enough but a third would seriously damage their hopes of a top two finish with other tougher games ahead.
Westcombe Park returned to winning ways last weekend after some disappointing results and having already beaten Blackheath at home they know they could win if everything went right on the day and Barking were not quite 100%.
Team news:
Prediction: Away win by less than seven as Barking get back to winning ways.

Weston v Tabard
Difficult match to call this one with reason for both sides to take the two points on offer. Both sides are on 12 points and a win for Weston would see them go above Tabard in the Three South league table.
Weston are fifth in the Form Guide table and come into the game with successive wins and four wins in their last six matches including a big home win against Southend a couple of weeks ago and a win at Old Colfeians last Saturday.
Tabard will be very confident after beating the leaders Barking last Saturday away from home but will also remember that they were beaten at home not so long ago by Dings Crusaders.
Team news:
The Seasiders have made three changes, all in the backs, for tomorrow afternoon visit of fifth placed Tabard to Drove Road. Wing Alex Hughes, centre Jamie Walter and fly-half James Wiseman replace John Edwards, Sean Bennett and James Reid.
Weston-super-Mare (home v Tabard, 2.30pm): M Lambert; A Hughes, T J Madamombe, J Walter, P Sprauge; J Wiseman, M Britton; Q Webster, D Bird (capt), M Down, A Richards, A Glen, A Russell, K Hobbs, G Sparkes. Reps: A Chase, A Steele, D Ridley, D Cook.
Prediction: Tough call this after Tabard win at Barking but will go with home win less than five points.
