Exeter Chiefs v Penzance & Newlyn
8th placed Exeter entertain 13th placed Penzance & Newlyn with the visitors looking to avoid a third successive league defeat. Exeter are gong for a second successive win for just the second time in what has been a disappointing season to date.
They have introduced a couple of World Cup starts in the week before Christmas and will hope they settle in quickly as they look to move up the league table.
Penzance have not done well on the road this season and have lost all six of their away fixtures this season and along with Manchester they are the only side not to pick up an away point this season.

Henley Hawks v Bristol Shoguns
7th placed Bristol travel to 12th placed Henley Hawks looking for a third successive win as they climb the National One league table. Since winning at Coventry in late October the Hawks have slipped to six successive defeats and need to turn this form round as the clubs above them have opened up a seven point gap.
Bristol will need to improve their away for to take the points at Dry Leas as so far in five away fixtures this season they have picked up just one win in five matches.
