Penzance & Newlyn v London Welsh
This is a massive game for the Pirates as they look for a third win in their last four matches in a bid to avoid the drop as the sides meet for the first time ever in a league match.
Last weekend they went down at Orrell, which is no disgrace, but this week with home advantage against an out of sorts London Welsh sides victory is a must. A win could see them move above both Wakefield and Henley Hawks and move into 10th place in the National One League table and if they managed to pick up all five points they would be just two points behind the Welsh.
At home this season the Pirates have a 50/50 record with four wins and four defeats in their eight matches at Westholme.
The Welsh on the road this season also have a 50/50 record with four wins and four defeats from their eight away matches.
Team news:
Prediction: With current form would have to go home win less than ten points.
