Check out our weekly previews and predictions ahead of this weekends matches.
North Walsham v Old Patesians
Third placed North Walsham take on Old Patesians looking to get last weekends bad away defeat at Haywards Heath out of their system and have two defeats in their last three matches which has seen their promotion hopes slip.
Old Pats were also on the wrong end of a loss last week soundly beaten at Blackheath 62-15, which ended a great winning run of six matches.
At home North Walsham have an excellent record with eight wins and just one defeat this season whilst on the road Old Pats have a good record with five wins form their nine matches and most of them have come recently.
When the sides met at Old Pats earlier in the season North Walsham came away with the points in a 40-27 victory.
Team news:
Prediction: 10 point home win for North Walsham to cling on to their promotion chances.

Dings Crusaders v Launceston
Not the sort of match Dings want as they look to use their match in hand to close to within a point of Haywards Heath in the battle to avoid going straight back into South West One.
Huge match for Launceston who if they win by 15 or more can go top of National Three South above Blackheath and still with a game in hand.
Dings were disappointed last weekend not to extend their four match winning run going down to a narrow three point defeat at home to Barking which was their fifth loss at home this season in nine matches.
Launceston were big winner at Southend as they improved their points difference to get within striking distance of Blackheath and make it eight away wins in 10 matches.
Team news:
Prediction: Launceston to win and go top with a 15 point success. .
