Rugby Lions v Nuneaton

Last time out at Lydney, Rugby Lions ended a four match losing run with a narrow two point win but this Friday night they will do well to get a result against an inform Nuneaton side.

Nuneaton are lying in third place in the National Two league table three points behind the top two and three points clear of fourth placed Doncaster.   

Last weekend without playing the Lions dropped into the relegation zone with Esher beating Stourbridge in a match called of a few weeks ago when the pitch was unplayable as the battle to avoid the drop hots up.

Prediction: Nuneaton to do the double over the Lions with 10 point win.

Wharfedale v Newbury

Four wins in their last five matches had helped Newbury up into eighth spot in the table but with not playing last weekend they dropped too tenth and are still only two points away from the relegation zone.

Wharfedale are second bottom of the form guide with just one win in their last six matches and are looking to get back to winning ways to end the season like they started it.

When the sides met at Monks Lane earlier in the season Wharfedale left with the points after a narrow one point win 24-23.
