COACH of the MONTH

Steve Olivier - Tynedale

South African Olivier is in his first season as Head Coach at Tynedale having previously being involved in the coaching at Lancashire side Waterloo. 

PLAYER of the MONTH

Neil Kerfoot – Waterloo

24 year old Liverpool born Neil Kerfoot joined Waterloo at the start of this season having previously having spells at Orrell and Manchester.

Kerfoot is in a rich vein of form at present and in a spell during February/March he ran in 10 tries in six matches with five doubles. He is currently leading try scorer in the division and has already passed he record of 19 in a season which he set in the 2001/02 season. 

KICKER of the MONTH

Anthony Birley – New Brighton  

Birley picks up the award for the second time this season having won it back in September. During the month of March he slotted over 10 of his 12 kicks at goal.
