DON’T RISK IT. BOOK OFFICIAL

Think before you book

As you may be aware, there are various companies that offer unofficial hospitality packages and tickets to matches held at Twickenham Stadium.  You may not however be aware that if you buy hospitality or tickets from a party who is not authorised by the RFU to sell them, you risk being provided with hospitality that is not within the Stadium (or even in the close vicinity of it) or no hospitality or tickets at all.

For corporate customers, this is highly embarrassing for both them and their guests and no doubt damaging to their business relationships and for private individuals it must be very disappointing.

Reasons to book official

- You are guaranteed official match day tickets.
- The hospitality will take place at the named facility and not in some location miles from the stadium.
- Money from your ticket will be fed back to the RFU to support English Rugby.
- Quality of service – booking official guarantees you first class facilities, service and cuisine.
- Peace of mind – you and your guests will not be let down.

Official or Unofficial – Which is which?

When buying hospitality at the Stadium, there are a variety of providers, facilities and packages to choose from.

In February 2008, the RFU signed new five year contracts with six official hospitality licensed operators which came into effect on 1st September 2008.  In addition to these six operators Twickenham Experience Limited are part of the official hospitality scheme with official hospitality available through its agent Keith Prowse.  The full list of the official hospitality operators is set out below.

Official Hospitality Operators

• Twickenham Experience Limited remains part of the official hospitality scheme, with official hospitality available through its agent, Keith Prowse
• Eventmasters
• Events International Limited
• Lucid Events Limited
• Mike Burton Corporate Hospitality Limited
• National Sporting Club
• Tiger Events Limited
•

The official operators are permitted to use authorised agents to sell packages, however there are also a number of unofficial hospitality providers and ticket only sellers who should be avoided.

The simplest guide as to whether hospitality is official or not is the facility in which it is being offered, as each of the licensed operators (and their agents) are licensed to operate at a named facility.

The following lists show which facilities are official under the new agreements

    Official Hospitality Facilities

    Within the ground
    • Wakefield’s
    • Obolensky’s
    • St George’s
    • Six Nation’s Suite
    • South Stand Facilities (including The Rose Suite)
    • The Players’ Lounge
    Outside the grounds
    • Kneller Hall
    • The Orchard Enclosure
    • Chase Bridge
    • Cardinal Vaughan
    • Richmond College
    • Cole Court
