Is my seat covered? This depends on wind direction but, generally, seats in the upper and middle tiers are covered as are those in West lower from row 13 backwards, the North, East and South from row 20 backwards.
As priority for major matches is given to RFU member clubs, how do I join a club? Your local club should be listed in the telephone directory or information may be obtained from Operations Department at Twickenham.
How do I obtain information on official corporate hospitality at Twickenham?
Contact Twickenham Experience Ltd on 020 8744 9997.
Can I bring young children to a match at Twickenham?
If you are applying for tickets for children under 5, you must state this on your application and your group must be seated in the lower tiers of the stands. Babes in arms cannot be admitted to the Stadium. A junior aged 15 years or less must be accompanied by his/her parent or guardian or other adult who is responsible.
Is a crèche facility available for match days?
A crèche facility for children up to the age of 8 is being trialled for match days, during August and September 2007, at Whitton Day Nursery. The nursery can take up to 40 children on a first come, first serve booking basis. Booking must be made through Margaret at Whitton Day Nursery on WhittonDayNursery@btconnect.com or 020 8893 3073. The crèche will be open from 07.30 to 19.30.
Disabled spectators
Twickenham has extensive wheelchair and easy access facilities but, as with all tickets, they are heavily over subscribed for major international matches. The Stadium has disabled toilets and low level bars. There is also an area of seating with hearing loop facilities.

Bars are normally open from Stadium opening until half an hour before kick-off and for one hour after the end of a match. Spectators may take up to two drinks each to their seats. There are extensive fast food facilities available from the time the Stadium opens.

Car Parking:
Parking at or around Twickenham Stadium on match days is very limited. Many of the roads are for resident permit holders only and any unauthorised vehicles will be towed away. On-site car parking is extremely limited and is pre-allocated for international matches. Parking is generally available on site for non-international matches and Concerts if booked in advance. Our off-site car park is called Rosebine Avenue and is next to the Harlequins Ground (TW2 7SX) on the A316. This is approximately 8 to 10 minutes walk to the stadium and is by far the easiest car park to get out of at the end of an event. To pre-book car parking please email tickets@rfu.com for a booking form, detailing which event you are attending. Prices and opening/closing times will vary according to the event as will the location of the car park. Please note that pre-bookings will close at 1pm on the Wednesday before a weekend event or the Friday before a mid week event.
