Subbuteo Clash

It’s not often that two renowned England rugby captains take each other on in a close encounter but when the Museum of Rugby launched ‘Subbuteo Table Rugby - A Passing Phase’ recently, Paula George and Lawrence Dallaglio were there to fight it out. It was a closely contested match, with Dallaglio winning by three tries to two tries and one penalty and not a spot of mud anywhere. The new exhibition is a lighthearted look back at this most bizarre game and runs until July 7th.

To book a visit to the Museum of Rugby and a Twickenham Stadium Tour phone 020 8892 8877.
