More than 800 England Rugby Supporters Club members took advantage of the ERSC special ticket price (£5 off every adult ticket) to watch England play the Barbarians.
The chance to see the creative flair of some of the world’s best rugby players was an opportunity not to be missed. Particular congratulations go to Harry Hitchens and Lucy Cottage (both pictured), who through the ERSC, won the opportunity to become England mascots for the day. With a pre-match tour of the stadium, ‘made to measure’ England kit, access to the tunnel and running out to a crowd of 67,000 expectant fans, the day was a great experience.
Other prize winners were Mark and Barry Davy who received a signed England shirt, the chance to go behind the scenes, listen to the post-match press conference, complimentary tickets to the game and membership to the ERSC to enjoy for the rest of the year.
With the World Cup warm up games at the end of the summer, there has never been a better time to join the ERSC. Membership provides the chance to secure tickets, see your favourite team in action, special travel packages to watch England down under and 10% discount from the The Rugby Store (with their new range of England and World Cup merchandise, soon to be launched).
