The Referee Department recently held its National Conference at The Robinson Executive Centre, Wyboston Lakes, attended by over 200 delegates. Entitled ‘A Fresh Approach’, the event proved to be a most successful venture.

During the formal evening dinner, delegates collected for the Wooden Spoon Society and raised £1,115, dispelling the myth that referees, “never put their hand in their pocket.”
