Alan Gibbs, President of Norfolk Referees, presents an RFU VIP tie to Graham Cross, Secretary of Norfolk Referees who has taken sponsorship and grants obtained for the Society through the £35,000 barrier over the past ten years.

Graham has held various committee posts including Chairman and Appointments Secretary. He is a former B1 referee and member of National Panel of Touch Judges. He is currently turning his hand to assessing and coaching referees both in Norfolk and with in Eastern Counties. When not undertaking rugby duties, Graham can be found in the local Magistrates Court but not in the dock. He has been a Magistrate for 10 years and has only come across one player in front of him in all that time.
