Kelvin celebrates 500 games

By David Goodenough, Chairman, Chiswick RFC

When Kelvin Campbell played his 500th game for Chiswick RFC 1st XV (formerly Old Meadonians), he joined only two other players in the club to reach this exalted landmark in the club’s history.

He began his connection with the club as a colt and soon became a member of the 1st XV. He has been an automatic choice in his position as tight-head prop and looks set to be a fixture for some time to come. He captained Chiswick for three consecutive seasons, two of those seasons bringing promotion from Middlesex/Herts 2 to London 3 and has played for Middlesex several times.
