Goole’s Seal Of Approval was cause for celebration as they were one of the first clubs in the region to achieve the award. At a presentation evening, club president Hugh Walton and Steve Linklater, mini and junior chairman, received the certificate from Steve Watson.

VIPs included Ann Kirkby, mini and junior club development officer, Jeff Binnington, GRUFC chairman, Rob Brierley, RFU Regional Development Officer, and Goole’s Mayor Cllr Pat O’Neil, who joined members from the senior and mini & junior committees, players and their families (pictured).
