Belper U16 Girls 15-42 North Kesteven U16 Girls

A group of Belper girls recently decided that merely watching rugby was not enough fun for them and spurred on by the World Cup win they formed their own U16 team at Belper RFC.

A first match against North Kesteven saw the sun shining brightly and much excitement. North Kesteven is also a relatively new side but has several players who have already made the East Midlands regional side, coach Mick Kemp having honed their rugby skills.
