This manual is an intregal part of the Rugby Football Union's committment to Community Rugby as set out in our Strategic Plan. It will be a living and growing manual, offering information on a number of topics to help the hard pressed volunteers who keep the game alive.
The Community Rugby and Operations Department will be glad to recieve any suggestions which you may have for inclusion. I am sure that this will prove to be a real encyclopaedia for rugby administrators, which will flourish over the coming months and years. |
