Responsible for: |
- To write and implement regional development plans for the Midlands for women’s rugby.
- To work with RFUW volunteers, clubs, County Sports Partnerships and other key partners to support the development of the women and girls game.
- To work closely with the RFU RDM’s and RDO’s to write and implement joint plans targets for the women’s game.
- Development of volunteers, coaches and referees to support the game.
