	In addition to playing rugby as No 8 for a 1st Division club in Australia, Rosie Williams competed at National Representative level Show Jumping and 3-Day Eventing before retiring to attend university. She was also a Queensland State Hockey and Softball Representative, and is now an avid mountain biker, as well as a Level 2 Coach. Rosie won the Young Achiever of the Year award in 2000 and was Tour Director for the Australian Beach Volleyball Tour in 2001.
Responsible for	Responsible for the Operational Management of the Organisation. Key focus areas are governance, communications, finance and funding, planning and staff management. Rosie oversees the management of the organisation’s administration, sporting and finance areas and ensures the strategic outcome dictated by the RFUW Board are achieved.
