The Blues maintained their unbeaten run in this years Super 4s competition with a narrow win in a hard fought match against Maroon. In a tight encounter they eventually triumphed 10 points to 5 thanks to tries from Staniford and Andrew. In reply, Ward scored Maroon’s only try.
In the other match Black notched up their second win of the competition with a 26 to 10 victory against Red. Black outscored Red by four tries to two, with scores from Hudson, Penrith, Taylor and Barber. Mclean and Oliver (2) converted three of the four scores. Red’s tries came from Sutton and Barras, with Barras also converting one of the scores.

In the U19s trial Blue beat White 10 points to 7 with tries from Hall and Hollier. In reply White scored through Wallis which was converted by Lee.
