The senior competition runs as one large league table. The 1st and 2nd placed teams will play off in an end of season final with a 3rd and 4th place play off between three and four.

Youth Programme Dates
The youth matches are preparation games for the Regional Youth Festival. Each region will play in two matches and then all regions will unite to compete against each other in the festival. The festival will be run over two days, one day for under 15s and one for under 18s.
