Under 20078 LoG and previous a blue throw in crooked in the direction of the red team meant play advantage to red then blow for a re-throw/scrum to red if none accrued just as if the crooked throw had been in the blue direction (this is not commonly known btw).
I was asked this weekend if the QT ELV mean the above had changed in any way ... as far as I am know it hasn't.
