Situation - scrum 5 to blue ir back foot of red scrum is (say) 2m from red goal line. Where is red backs offside line now ... 3m back from the goal line (ie within their own in goal) or on the red goal line as it would have been in 2007/8?
Also what do the red backs do if the red scrum starts to retreat?
