Total Rugby great - Think Rugby better. This is not a prescriptive sport - you need to adapt.. Have a read - and decide what is best for your squad in different situations.

Ihave always found that trial is the best way, that with variation, because what works for one game against a certain teams defence will undoubtingly fail badly against another team,

Try to get hold of a book called, "Total Rugby" by Jim Greenwood. This is full of excellent ideas on all aspects of play. Once you have it, you will be able to refer from it all the time.
Good luck
