I know one of the people taking the world cup round the country, he is from my rugby club. when i represented yorkshire at the national ten-a-side festival he was there with jason leonard and the cup. He let me get my photo taken with it on my own, also he let me have a photo with the ball jonny kicked over, the calcutta cup and the zurich premiership trophy.

It was great to be able to have our photo taken today with my partner and nearly 5 month old daughter Rheanna, Who was born at 10:16 on the 22nd November 2003. After all I missed the match as she was being born at the time. We were down at Barnstaple where we were helping with advertising Junior rugby for North Devon. It was a fantastic experience, made special by the press interest in our daughter and the pleasant attention from the tour officials. All the 6,000 who came along seemed to enjoy it also.

Thanks to everyone involved in the Sweet Chariot Tour. Not only was it a wonderful experience to see, and be photographed by, the Webb Ellis Cup at Bromsgrove RFC but also to see so many of the other Trophies. I was most impressed by the design of the Churchill Trophy - very simple and elegant.

Not a memory yet but it will be soon, one way or the other!
I saw that The Cup was at Bluewater on Sunday 21st March and pointed it out to my daughter. After a brief discussion we agreed we would go there on the Sunday morning to see it and maybe get a photo with The Cup if possible.
After all this was agreed between us I thought I had better Email my wife so that she could make a note in her diary, only to receive a rather curt reply informing me that it was Mothers Day!!!
Either way I am already in the soup (being PC!)!

Are you one of the 67,000 people who has visited the William Webb Ellis Cup on tour?
What was it like to be photographed with the Cup?
Did you go with your mates? What was the atmosphere like?
We would love to hear why you travelled to the tour.
