GIRLS RUGBY COACHES SOUGHT - SOUTH LONDON/SURREY BORDERS
Bulls Girls (30+ U15s and circa 20 U18s) are seeking coaches for the 2007/8 season. In our first season last year the u18s finished with an even win/loss record while the U15s finished third in London and South East Div 1. Both age groups have a good number of county and county standard players.
Bulls Rugby are seeking two coaches (expenses can be paid) who are seeking to establish their coaching credentials with an emerging Girls Club. We are expanding fast and probably have more players than most other Girls Clubs in the South of England. Prior coaching experience or recent qualification as a level 1 coach would be desirable and CRB clearance will be essential.
The club is based in Poulter Park, Carshalton and is the Girls section of Mitcham Rugby Club. We currrently train on Tuesday nights 6-8pm but this can be changed if required. Matches are played on Sunday lunchtimes mainly around the M25 area.
The appointment is on a voluntary basis but travel expenses can be discussed if required. Complimentary membership to the club is also paid for by the ladies section for all coaching staff.
Through the close connection with the main club, this appointed coach may also have the chance to potentially get involved with coaching some of the senior men's teams, colts or mini sections. Similarly, we have strong links with local schools, and for the right candidate we may be able to establish several paid coaching sessions a week with these schools.
Finally for those wishing to pursue coaching qualifications, the ladies section will fund RFU approved coaching courses for its coaching staff.
Please reply in the first instance to me, Damian Brady, Girls Coach, and I can give you more details if required before arranging for you to meet for an informal chat.
Thank you.

Are you a young coach who wants to be noticed?
Do you want to take charge of of one of the largest, friendliest, junior teams of its kind in the East or South East of England?
A team with a remarkably high profile and record of innovation second to none?
Then Letchworth Girls are waiting for you!
Founded in 2004 with and with an emphesis on participation and access to all, Letchworth's Girls is team with huge potential. Its young u17 squad - almost all of whom will still be together for another two years - have already gained tournament success, including the Rochford 10s, a National Cup semi-final, and the National 10s finals this season.
This has brought the team's current coach, 18 year-old Joe Randall, a remarkable profile including awards from the RFU and the chance to work with county, regional and even national teams. Blessed with this already remarkable CV Joe is now leaving for university - and we need someone to replace him.
Joe's recognition is at least partly thanks to the Letchworth club having one of the highest profiles for any junior sports team. Thanks to the team's website http://letchworthgirls.blogspot.com - one of the most widely read girls rugby websites worldwide - nothing that happens at Letchworth goes without being noticed.
This is a unique opportunity to join a unique team and show the world what you can achieve.
Contact John Birch, Manager of Letchworth Girls, on 07767 615274 (or write to 22 Lannock, Letchworth, Garden City, Herts SG6 2PX) for more details.
