Keep thinking of those memories, pastie little vitamin D depleted poms.
By the end of this year the ashes will be back where they belong and England has no chance at keeping the webb ellis trophy in 2007. Even if it doesn't go to Australia, it'll go to New Zealand.
And then ... that's all you'll have - memories.

being world champions is great but I wish we had won the six nations even though we couldnt have won the triple crown. I was in the richmond in the triple crown pub watching that game and i could have cried, I was so upset. But being a supporter of both England and Ireland I was pleased that Ireland won the tripple crown, that helped put the smile back on my face!

I did not enjoy the match one bit save for Jason Robinson's try and about two minutes thereafter. The best part for me was THE kick, not Johnny's drop goal but that achingly beautiful, perfectly executed, sublime and unforgettable touchfinder of Mike Catt's into row Z that ended my agony, ended the game and started our reign as World Champions. I could watch it for days!
