I have played a bit of tens, and as Dave has written it is about keeping the ball alive although there is slightly more scope to add more forwards aspects to the game, like more lineout options etc..
I suggest that as in 7's that most of the forwards should be either very mobile front five(Phil greening) or as normal back row players(Neil Back) and robust backs (Scott Gibbs). In the backs look to play very adaptive players who are able to adjus their game to different situations as well as beat their opposite man in one-on-one situations(Austin Healey). Raw pace is very important as well as defensive cover, and it is very important to have fitness as well as craft....well that pretty much writes off the whole welsh squad.

It's a big game of 7s as opposed to a smaller game of 15s. Keep the ball alive and encourage spacial awareness.
Good luck
