Can you tell us where this is? I'm aware of a charge to fast track registration (most useful at the top levels)but I thought that was more than £11 and I can't find reference to any other charge.

Looking at the site I have noticed that there is an eleven pound cost for registering players-does this apply to ALL plsenoir players from ALL leagues no matter what standard thay are in?
