i'd found that simon... but I can;t find any refernce in there that a bench of four/cup matches require a total of five ST*E front row players.
I couod of course be being thick. (no comments please ;-)

I can find the regulation that states that in RFU cup matches (specifically in the senior Vase) a side can have a bench of up to four (until the SFs).
I am also of the understanding that a side has to be able to provide TWO ST&R FRR within that squad of (up to) 19 players... but I cannot find the regulation to confim that.
Anybody?
