Ok got a pretty quick response from Dan actually:
'Ok great – looking at wimbledon / saracens ground – maybe acton – venues to be confirmed in the next month
Standard has been variable – we would balance out the games so each team finds a level over the course of the league'

contact danbrown@rfu.com with your idea.
dan heads up the RFU's leisure rugby department - he may already have iunfo or ideas.

Yeah will do, but like you all I've found so far are touch leagues and the odd summer tournament.
Its a shame there isn't anything around as it would be a great way to get people into the sport, just like 5 a-side football has done.
If anyone from the RFU ever checks these forums, start promoting 7's!

I've been trying to find the same thing. The closest appears to be touch or tag leagues. There are summer, and I think spring sevens tournaments in london, but no specific sevens teams or leagues. If you find anything, please let me know.

Does anyone know of any seven's leagues in London, I assumed there would be some after work leagues, but I can't seem to find any, any ideas?
