Lift = support, I assume. I'd just like to clarify that by "you", you mean the team. So one team can have both 2 and 5 in the air at once, both of them supported by players from their teams. No problem.
However, as a ref, if I saw the guy standing at 3 trying to support both 2 and 4 simultaneously, I'd call it unsafe and blow up.
