I am earing of some of the 'Stellenbosh experiment' ideas being introduced at ELV's for the coming Super 14 series.
Anyone else heard of this(ese).
Includes relaxation of strict laws at breakdown incl FK not PK for hands in ruck.
Also no gain in ground if pass back to player in 22 who then kicks.
Also not straight quick throws allowed
