Tonbridge Juddians RFC has enjoyed a succesful and enjoyable period of time in London SE 3. However following a poor season, relegation now looms!
The club is seeking to appoint a Head Coach to lead the 2008/9 season. The succesful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of coaching at first and second team level to include individidual and team development
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a coach at senior level. He/she will be a positive and effective communicator with strong leadership skills and a clear vision of what is required to develop an effective team, able to win promotion within the current league structure
